Ford Service isn't just about wrenches, air guns and motor oil. It's about making sure your Ford is always ready for whatever adventure you have in store. From a day at the beach to a cross-country trip. As Bryan Cranston so eloquently states with his buttery yet masculine voice: "Everything we do in here is for everything you do out there."

The Work
It’s a simple brand promise: everything we do in the service bay, is in service of everything you do in life with your Ford.
In our hero spots, we utilized a motion control rig to create a seamless transition from the service bay to outdoor locations. The effect is almost completely practical, with very light VFX work.
In addition, we created a three note nemonic audio branding that carried over to future Ford owner communications. Inspired by the same three notes of the door chime heard when you get into your Ford, it’s a subconscious reminder that we’re there for you.
We took Ford Service advertising to a new place, where the consumer benefit is first, and helped humanize the brand.
